The population of Anmore is primarily made up of more affluent class with high rates of employment and income levels with a median age of 40.9 years of age. With the majority of Anmore residents owning their properties, the community is tightly-knit and very much sought after for families seeking a quality environment for their families to grow. Majority of the housing is on a single-family home and on large lots of typically 1-acre or above.


Current Abana Capital Land Development Funds is situated close to the Port Moody boundary, the site offers easy access to Newport Village and Suter Brook Village shopping, Rocky Point Park, elementary and secondary schools, WestcoastExpress and future Evergreen Line Stations in Port Moody, and the lakes and oceanfront of Anmore and Belcarra including Buntzen Lake and White Pine Beach. Virtually every lot in the subdivision is expected to have exceptional views to the south and/or west.

Investment Horizon:

The overall investment horizon is  32 to 36 months. Investors will exit through a liquidity event which is the sale of the developed lot to local builders, or mid-size developers. Absorption rate of the finished project is expected to be very high, given the existing demand, unsolicited offers and quality of the location.
